Shipping

All orders are carefully packaged by hand to ensure they arrive safely. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. If your order has tracking, you’ll receive tracking information to the email address you used at checkout. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Dusk Ball Studio is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses.

International shipping is available! Once upon a time, I helped run a streetwear brand in the EMEA region that sold exclusively online. I learned the ropes of customs brokerage (in a foreign language idk how I did that). I have made shipping costs to Canada, Mexico, and most of the EU as inexpensive as possible, especially for light weight orders. For shipping heavier orders like artwork, there are two important things to keep in mind:

• If you select DHL, your package will arrive DDP (delivery duty paid) but VAT may still apply.
• If you select UPS or USPS, please note that any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are not calculated at checkout and VAT may still apply.

Also keep in mind that customs processing times may also cause delays. It's best to check with your local customs office if you have questions about potential duty or VAT fees before placing your order. I am happy to provide HS codes if you need them. Returns

All sales are final and returns or exchanges are not accepted. However, if your item arrives damaged, please use the form below within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can work out a solution!
